Today on the blog I will share a simple instruction for the mini shell stitch. For now I’m calling it the mini shell stitch, because that is (to me) what it most closely resembled in my searches to find out if anyone has done this or named it.
If you have a better name suggestion & would like to send that in please do! If not, this is what I’ve come up with & I hope you enjoy!
For this project you will need:
Hook & yarn of your choice ( I used RHSS & a #5mm hook) I do suggest baby soft yarns for a better drape! & change your hook accordingly.
Darning Needle (optional)
Gauge swatch Measures: 4”x 4”
Gauge swatch Pattern:
16 Rows & 12 sts per row = 4” x 4” square
